Bear Cub Lodging: Rates and Conditions.

Open year round.

Your party (maximum of five people) will have exclusive occupancy of our suite.

Entire suite: $150
Per room: $85 in high season, $65 rest of the year

Minimum Stay:
High Season: 3 nights
Rest of the year: 2 nights

High Season: May long weekend (late May) to October 1 and major holidays.

Forms of payment: Cash, Visa, PayPal or MasterCard.

***To hold your reservation we require the first night payment by Visa or Mastercard. The balance can be paid upon your arrival.***

Cancellation Policy :

More than 30 days before arrival:
Full refund less $50.00 administration fee

Less than 30 days before arrival:
Deposit is forfeited unless Suite is re-rented for same time period in which case deposit will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee

No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
